5 Signs Help Is Waiting For You
Talking has always been a fun pastime for me. At my heart I enjoy telling and hearing the stories of life. I like the triumphant, the challenging, the puzzling ones and every one in between. I like the details and I enjoy free-thinking on scenarios that didn’t, but could have happened.
Growing up in school I was usually a volunteer peer counselor and that graduated into me being the friend that others turned to for advice. How I arrived at becoming a life coach at this point in my life seems exactly like where one promising road could lead.
I have seen life coaches on and off my entire adulthood for various reasons. This comes in intensive bursts if I have a specific challenges I’d like to work through and sometimes less frequently (on say a monthly/yearly basis) if I am purely wanting to maintain my own consistent growth trajectory. I have sought different coaches for different stages and different aspects of my life. Presently, I am certain, that this is an investment I will continue to make for the rest of my life.
It is an absolute non-negotiable for me and I feel genuinely inspired to pass this “gift” on. I have been the recipient of the the positive impacts that life coaching had on me.
What I often have to tell many people who know me is that there isn’t a certain “type of person” who could benefit from life coaching. There doesn’t need to be a catastrophic event, thick unhappiness, extreme distress or anything that dire. When I started I was not a “hot mess” and I would…
